Turkey chili

  • 3 lb ground turkey or chicken
  • 28oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 15oz cans black beans
  • 2+ Tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1-2 cups broth (or use bouillon)
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • chopped onion (optional)
  • Chopped jalapeno
  • red pepper

    Brown and drain protein. Roast garlic for a few minutes with turkey. Add remaining ingredients and mix in crockpot. Slow cook for several hours. Add more jalapeno or jalapeno water for hotter
