Pot Roast w/Gravy

Cook roast and onions in large pot or pressure cooker with some water (so they don't dry up). Cook pot roast to liking. Remove roast and add flour to make gravy. Cook for another minute. Gravy should be thick and dark. Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Eat.

Mashed potato hints: cut into equal sized piece for consistent cooking. Mix with milk to soften.
