Low fat Oatmeal Pie Crust
- 1/2 cup smart beat or other low-low fat margarine substitute
- 1 cups oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
Mix ingredients. Press into 9 inch pie pan. Spread well as crust will shrink a little.
Bake at 375° for 12-15 minutes. Fill with favorite filling such as chocolate pudding made with skim milk.
