- 2 8-oz packages Cream Cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Mini cupcake cups (Reynold's 2 inch)
- 1 box Nilla® Wafers
- Fruit topping. eg. Comstock Cherry-everyone's favorite, or blueberry or lemon or creamed asparagus.
Beat with mixer until there are no lumps. Put a vanilla wafer in each cup.
Spoon mixture into each cup. Bake at 359° for 15-18 minutes. Spoon fruit topping on each cup after baking.
Allow to cool.
